Our skilled aestheticians will shape and tint your brows with natural henna, leaving you with beautifully defined brows that last up to six weeks. But first, don't forget to schedule your patch test at least 24 hours before the treatment for your comfort and safety. Procedure includes: PATCH TEST REQUIRED 24HOURS BEFORE TREATMENT Shape & Tidy: - Consultation to discuss desired eyebrow shape. - Assessment of natural eyebrow shape and facial features. - Cleansing of the eyebrow area. - Shaping using razor and tweezing. - Tidying by removing stray hairs. - Trimming for a neat appearance. - Application of soothing products. - Aftercare instructions provided. - Maintenance appointments recommended as needed. Hybrid Stain Brows: - Consultation to discuss desired eyebrow shape. - Assessment of natural eyebrow shape and facial features. - Luxury Gold eye mask applied - Cleansing of the eyebrow area. - Eyebrow Mapping with thread and pencil. - Application of Henna to the eyebrows. - Removal of excess dye. - Shaping and tidying the eyebrows with scissors, razor and tweezing. - Final assessment and touch-ups if needed. - Apply eyebrow lift - Aftercare instructions provided. - Maintenance appointments recommended for upkeep.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS Late Arrivals: With a 10 minute grace period, clients are expected to pay full amount. - Cancellations/Rescheduling: 24 hours' notice required. - Cancellations/Rescheduling within 48 hours: 50% charge. - No shows: 100% charge. Responsibility and Impact: Missed appointments affect business and other clients. Circumstances Beyond Control: Exempting clients from cancellation charges due to factors like power outages or adverse weather conditions. Rescheduling without penalties is allowed in such cases, showcasing the company’s understanding of unexpected events. Sickness : If you are sick or unwell,Please let us know to reschedule. Getting a facial while sick is discouraged. We prioritise everyone's well-being in our open space at Fainahlee. Inclement Weather Policy: Winter appointments canceled in less than 24 hours may be exempt from cancellation fees. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to adhere to these policies.
