Cancellation & Refund Policies

 

Our Policies

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

 

FAINAHLEE DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. THIS APPLIES TO SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCT. YOU MAY NOT OBTAIN A CREDIT FOR FAINAHLEE NOR APPLY YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT TOWARDS ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. PRODUCTS THAT LEAVE OUR BUILDING, MAY NOT BE RETURNED BACK TO OUR BUILDING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPHOLD THIS POLICY.

LATE ARRIVALS It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time, we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment.  In order to get the most of your treatments by us, please be on time!

 

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. 

 

ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. We recognize the time of our clients is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.

SICK OR FEELING UNWELL If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting a facial while sick is not recommended and, in some cases, can make you feel worse. We also would like to remind you that Fainahlee is an open space and want to make sure to respect and protect everyone's well-being.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY Fainahlee policy is that appointments cancelled with less than 48-hours’ notice incur a cancellation fee. During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception.

 

Credit card details, deposits and payments To secure an appointment with Fainahlee, a deposit may be required. An appointment a deposit of £25, for appointments of up to 30 minutes, will be charged at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment. For appointments over 30 minutes a deposit of £50 - £100 will be taken at the time of booking, depending on the value of the treatment.

Deposits are non refundable. In the event of timely cancellation, deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity Fainahlee reserves the right to withhold the deposit.

These charges will not be applied to clients booking an appointment from their existing package of treatment. Special Offers or discounted pricing quotes are valid until stated on offer or for 3 months from quotation only.

 

Courses of treatments All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited. Prepaid treatments and treatment plans are strictly non-refundable. In cases of a change in suitability a credit note or gift voucher will be offered. Any credit agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you as a credit on account. Cancelled treatments will not be refunded as cash.

 

Treatment suitability We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable. Fainahlee reserves the right to refuse treatment if the practitioner deems the client unsuitable at any stage.
